Non-Member Services
Whether you are not ready to enroll for a full membership or already have a primary care provider and do not need a membership, Treasured Health and Wellness, PLLC offers limited services to individuals without a membership. The services are provided in the comfort and convenience of your home. If you are interested in services that are not listed, please send us a message and inquire- we may be able to accommodate and would be happy to consider your request.
Health Coaching
​Ready to work on a goal to improve health and wellness. Sign up for health coaching to optimize your efforts with getting started, staying motivated, building on progress, recovering from setbacks, and celebrating milestones along the way with positivity and support to reach your goals.
Health coaching can be helpful for almost any goal. Some common examples are weight management, diabetes prevention, training for an event, smoking/ nicotine cessation, diet changes, sleep hygiene, stress management, and so much more. Health coaching is included in memberships.
Health Coaching Packages for nonmembers include an initial consultation, personalized goal planning and weekly telehealth sessions:

Toenail Trimming
​Thickened toenails, decreased mobility, transportation and other challenges make routine foot care and toenail trimming difficult to manage. This issue was mentioned to Dr. McCully several times, so this non-member service has been added to address this need in our community.

Initial Consultation and Trimming $250

Routine Trimming every 8 weeks $125

Members do not pay for the initial consultation and are only charged $60 for trimmings that are scheduled with home visits for chronic health management. Trimmings that occur between visits are $125.
Quick Care
Sometimes things happen that cannot or should not wait. Minor acute illnesses, minor injuries, lost or forgotten medications, etc. With viral illnesses such as influenza and Covid 19, if antiviral medications are indicated, the medications must be started as soon as possible after onset of symptoms, or they are not effective to lessen the severity and duration of illness. People who are traveling or have recently moved and are not established with a new Primary Care Provider often have to go to Urgent Care to get prescriptions to get them by until their appointment or until they return home. Sometimes it is necessary to go to an Urgent Care, but other times you may be able to avoid the trip to town and schedule a home visit or telehealth visit to take care of these issues.

DOT Physicals
&
USCG Medical Certification Exams
Dr. McCully is a Certified Medical Examiner on the National Registry and is able to perform DOT physicals for drivers of Commercial Motor Vehicles (ie. trucks, buses).
USCG Mariner Captain's License Medical Examinations are also available.

Examinations are scheduled as home visits and cost $200.​​

Medically Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder (MAT)
Buprenorphine-naloxone (Suboxone) paired with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is recommended to help patients transition from chronic use of opioids when chemical dependency makes quitting impossible, whether from prescribed medications or street sources. The medication allows patients to taper their use of opioids without debilitating withdrawal symptoms. Some patients completely wean off the medication; others find a maintenance dose that keeps them stable without cravings that cause relapse and use of dangerous street drugs or misuse of prescription drugs.​
MAT is a typically a long-term partnership with frequent visits and random urine drug testing. Service packages include the cost of urine drug testing.
A referral to a licensed cognitive behavioral therapist is also included. The cost of therapy is not included in the following packages:
